1. Acceptance

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the MyMonaco mobile application (“the App”) published by Monaco Editorial (“we”, “us”). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. The service

The App is a free informational guide to the Principality of Monaco. It provides curated content about local events, places, services, and walking routes. The App is for general information only and is not an official publication of, nor affiliated with, the Government of the Principality of Monaco or any public authority of Monaco.

We make reasonable efforts to keep content accurate and current, but content may be out of date, incomplete, or wrong. Always verify any time-sensitive information (event dates, opening hours, prices, contact details) with the source before relying on it.

3. Eligibility

The App is rated 4+ and may be used by anyone. No account is required.

4. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the rules of the platform from which you downloaded the App (Apple App Store or Google Play).

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the App, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.
• Use any robot, scraper, or other automated means to access the App or extract content from it.
• Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit content from the App (images, descriptions, walking routes) without our prior written permission.

5. About this website (monacoeditorial.com)

These Terms cover your use of the App. The marketing website at monacoeditorial.com — this page included — is informational only. It exists to introduce the App, host this policy and the privacy notice, and link out to the App Store and Google Play listings. The website itself does not require an account, does not accept user submissions, and does not provide the App's services in the browser. If you do not download and use the App, no part of these Terms applies to you.

6. User content

The App does not allow you to upload, submit, or publish any content. There is no comment system, no review system, and no social features. The only data the App stores is on your own device (preferences, favorites, search history) and that data is not visible to us.

7. Third-party content and links

The App may link out to third-party websites (for example, an event's official ticket page, a restaurant's ordering page on a food-delivery platform such as Delovery or Mr Room Service) or open a third-party app (for example, Apple Maps or Google Maps for directions). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of those third parties, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.

8. Intellectual property

The App and its original content, design, and code are the property of Monaco Editorial or its licensors. Photographs and descriptions of places and events may be the property of their respective owners and are used for informational and editorial purposes.

If you believe content in the App infringes your copyright or other rights, write to privacy@oletech.xyz with sufficient detail for us to identify the content. We will review and act in accordance with applicable law.

9. No warranty

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Monaco Editorial and its directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the App. Our total cumulative liability for any direct damages arising from your use of the App is limited to the amount you paid for the App, which for a free App is zero.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (including, for consumers, statutory rights that cannot be waived).

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, without notice. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted in the in-app settings screen and on this page. Continued use of the App after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the law applicable at the publisher's place of establishment, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Where you use the App as a consumer, the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence continue to apply, and you may bring a claim before the competent courts of that country.
