Hexa Grace

Victor Vasarely turned the roof of the Auditorium Rainier III into Monaco's largest artwork: Hexa Grace (1979), some 24,000 enamelled lava tiles rippling across 1,500 m² in Op-Art blues, greens and golds. Named in honour of Princess Grace, it reveals itself only from above — look down from the casino terraces or the surrounding heights.
