Village Charlot

Beausoleil’s family médiathèque, minutes above Monaco — books, games and a seasonal programme of activities open to everyone, with no library membership needed. The same address hosts a free parent-and-child drop-in for under-sixes (Wednesdays 14:00–16:00 and Saturdays 10:00–12:00, closed in school holidays), run by the town’s social centre, which also holds parent-and-child baking and gardening workshops. Check the current programme before making the trip.

An indoor family space at Grand Ida on Boulevard Rainier III built around young children — soft play, activities and a breather for parents. One of the few purpose-built wet-weather options inside the Principality.

Espace de Loisirs Jeunesse (Beausoleil)

The town of Beausoleil’s youth space for ages 11 to 17, a short walk above Monaco. Open drop-in on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 12:00 to 18:00 and Fridays from 16:00 to 21:00, with full-day programmes in the school holidays (not August): outings, sport, cultural and environmental activities, themed weekends and short trips. Call ahead to ask about joining.

Centre Culturel Prince Héréditaire Jacques de Monaco (Beausoleil)

Beausoleil’s cultural centre, a few minutes above Monaco, built to bring the town’s music and dance schools under one roof: a 120 m² dance studio, seven music rooms, an exhibition space and a performance hall, with places to sit and wait designed for families. Enrolment runs by the season — the current brochure is on the town’s website.
