An unhurried summer tradition: from late May through August, La Note Bleue transforms Monaco's plazas and waterfront into an open-air salon where live music and world soundscapes unfold across evening hours. The festival carries the character of something that doesn't announce itself—just quietly fills the air, gathering residents and visitors into a season built for lingering.
